Thanks again bearkat, but I'm sorry to seem pedantic (and/or dim - maybe I should take time to phrase my questions a little more succinctly - brain in to gear before the fingers hit the keyboard  :D ), but is this available online, or do I need to go to a local library to see it? If I add this piece of information to my database, I would like to have a clear source reference.
