Hi Ann

I can see that you were not benefiting from the thread, but others were!

Traditionally we do not lock threads anyway, in case someone has something to contribute later - you might benefit if a search engine brings someone to your thread who can help you out or who you can lend assistance to.

Occasionally Moderator lock threads if they are offers, or if they have got out of hand in some way.

kind regards, Arranroots  ;)

Hello Cosmo, hope you are still active on this forum. I have a lot of info on a George and Robert Sandys who seem to be children of George Sandys and Dora Bouchier. They were involved with their wives in a tragic case in Stockport in 1841. I would gladly share what I have with you.

Regards, Patrick Flanagan.

Another Sandys thread you might have missed as it doesn't contain Sandys in its title!
