marriage lookup and census?

Looking for the parents of the following

Robert Meldrum born about 1829 Collessie married to a Jean or Jane Birrell born 1829 Cameron Fife married on 4 June 1853 Scoonie Fife, Scotland

Having a lot of trouble finding the parents.

I have found Robert Meldrum in the 51 census at Hamlet of Silver Hole living with his grandmother Margaret Meldrum who is 74 born at Pittenweem.
Not sure where Jean/Jane was in the 51 census.

Maybe also a look in 61 census for Scoonie might find him with his wife and or grandmother?  Or in the 41 census for around Collesie Farm.

Not sure what other options to look for his ancestry.
