steam mills porthmadog

Unsuccessfully trying to track down "steam mills porthmadog" mentioned in an 1871 letter. Anyone know where this is - and was it a slate mill or a saw mill? Also trying to track down a "Roberts Jnr" who had somethimg to do with the mill.

Any help gratefully received.

theres an area in Porthmadog called Saw Mill. Its on the way down to the football pitch in the town
