A Frederick Ralph married a Jane Hallard there in Dec 1856.

The Marraige Cert stated his father was James Ralph occ Grocer?

I cant find his dob or pob or anything of James either. Nor have I details of the mother.

Frederick was adopted or taken in by James Westcott and Elizabeth Ralph
b 1805 /1801 respectively and assumed the Westcott surname.

Can you shed light on his early life and or his parents.

The location known is Wellington, Somerset. I am not aware of any other.
