Thats great Smurf,
cheers her up a lot, :)amazing what a bit of colour can do.THANK YOU.

Gadget,
the picture was sent (from Aus) on line along with some others, they are the size of a post card as the other one I posted of my grandmother was used as such, did try printing that one on A4, came out not to bad,not as sharp as on the screen, put it down to my printer.  :-\Belle

As Smurf says, that is really lovely, Rachel  :)

It is such a gorgeous picture. Your restoration will print up to A5, so Belle will be pleased!

Gadget

Just noticed your posting Belle - it looks too pixellated in Print Preview for A4 but A5 is fine  :)

That is truly amazing Rachel, the detail on the dress really stand out especially on the top part of the dress, LOVE IT, you folks are so clever on your restoration, at what size can this be blown up to with out losing the detail, my aunt will love it as she Shirin (picture) was her favorite aunt,

So spoiled for chose ,Rachel,
the sepia gives her a nice warm glow, and also just noticed she is wearing a bangle on her left arm, very 1920s, she would have been in her teens (I think) as she was born 1905. ;D Thanks again Belle

Lovely restores, Belle. I did a print preview and they will print to A5. it's so sad that it won't go any larger because of the initial scan. It would look marvellous at A3  :)

PS- I'm limited with any restorations at the moment - my laptop screen is pretty dire for repairs and I miss my graphics tablet. Cross fingers that I'll be up and running on a turbo powered machine and peripherals in the next month  :D

 Smurf

That's quite OK ...   :) ... my OH has also been playing with my 'pinkish' one and has done a very quick coloured version to show me how simple it is !!! (NOT) ??? :o

I'd put it on here but don't think he'll let me ...
