WW1 Medal

I have a WW1 medal for  PTE J A HANDLEY A.O.C (I presume is Army Ordinance Corps) No 015047.  It presumably belonged to the family my Uncle 'lodged' with until the death of Mrs Handley when he purchased the house. My uncle was a Bachelor so when he died as the daughter of his twin sister I was his his next of kin and Executor of the will and thus had to empty the house.
I would love to return this medal to his family, I have tried the Kent FHS site without success so just hoping Roots Chatters are more helpful as usual !!!!!!!!!
The address was 1 York Road, Rochester.

Thanks for that information (I've printed the page from the NA) - I couldn't find it although I had found the ones for my Gt Uncle.
