It is possible though that Ann Had a husband and son both named william its just proving it !! Then the son could of left his mother to look after daughter Margaret ( Bermuda ) ?? you never know

Hi folks,
I posted a question on Armed Forces with samw subject, neil1821 has come up trumps. Apparently our man William was in the Black Watch, and they were deployed in West Indies from 1847. Her birth is registered with the regiment, so her birth certificate could be obtained. I do not know how to link the 2 threads, but go over to Armed Forces to see it.
