he was born 1828 at Tamerton Foliott.

I can't find his birth/christening but in 1841; There is a William RABJOHNS , 15, ag lab , Tamerton Folliot,  born in county.

1851: William ROBJOHNS, serv , unm , 23,b Tamerton Folliot, working for a farmer .

Cannot seem to find him in 1861.

Looked under RAbjohns on IGI , nothing.

In 1841: there is an older couple :
William Robjohns  55
Jane Robjohns  50
Tamerton Folliot

i found him in 1861....married to Jane Robjohns( don't know maiden name)  living in Milton Abbot. He's a carter.

Yeah, i've got him in 1851 too ...just like to go back further if can

I did see that one in 1861 but was not sure about about his POB  ie: Lamerton.

I did find this marriage for you ...a possible:

William ROBJOHNS and on same page : Jane BURRINGTON
Sept q 1856
ST Germans Cornwall
Vol 5c pg 75

seems feasible as Jane , his wife was from Cornwall!

1871 they were named as ROBJOKINS

That's interesting too because all the maternal family ( i'm doing this for Rose. I'm her sons godmother. Rose's husband died 5 years ago, it's his family i'm researching so the boys , all under 16 can know more about their father,) anyway, the maternal family came from Millbrook, St germans district !

In the 1871, Jane states that she was born in Anthony, Cornwall. This may be her and her family.

i've looked and looked for william and Jennifers marriage to get her maiden name but to no avail
Would you mind having a look see for little ole me 


jennifer born in Morvah ,Cornwall abt 1786 and he was born N.Tawton Devon abt 1791 .
