Hi Listeners

Could anybody help with locating the following birth ~ Harry Andrews (or varients of Harry ~ Henry Harold) supposedly born in Monmouth in 28 May 1831.  He was a Victorian Pedestrian and raced many times in his life against many of the famous runners of the day, he moved to Fulham area of London by 1850's
