Many thanks for having a look. I guess that it is possible that this marriage simply has not been indexed yet. Could also be possible that they didn't get registered, but I thought it was compulsory by 1856
Looks like I am well and truly stuck until the GRO gets it act together and produces it's own indexes which are supposed to enable full searching for both bride and groom. Apparently it's due in 2000 and something or other. This century anyway, well maybe..
