According to the tombstone of Marianne Jenkins (nee Marsden) her tomb was renovated by Richard Jenkins J.P. Monmouthshire the eldest son of Marianne and Richard Jenkins in 1914.      How could I find out more about the Richard Jenkins J.P. who renovated it.    Is there a list of justices of the peace for Monmouthshire around 1914.
