POWELLs of Dover
« on: Saturday 15 September 07 04:50 BST (UK) »
My ancester Edward POWELL appears in St Mary Dover in 1806 when he mar Susan HUNTLEY.  They had 9 children.  He is gone before the 1841Census. His occupation was a Miller.  Does anyone have access to directories of the day that will tell me anything more.  ie where his mill was situated, when his name appears and or disappears.
Anyone else searching this name in this area.
Any ideas where next to search.
Denise
