Can't get hold of my cousin in America who has the original - but I have the original scan my brother-in-law did - it's 3404 x 2323 and too big to upload.

But would resizing it make much difference to the resolution (because I just resized it from this scan when I posted it at the start of this thread) - so would I need to re-scan the original photo at a higher resolution?

Assuming I can track my cousin down and also assuming he knows where the photo is - he doesn't seem much interested in the family  which is a pity because he's got all sorts of "goodies" stached away with his mother's papers (typical!) - I will try and get a new scan done!
