The Parish of Everton comes under the registration district of West Derby

You will have the same access to any English records that are on the net as we have here in England.
A very useful, but incomplete, index of birth mariages and deaths can be searched FREE at FreeBMD or ancestry.
The 1881 census can be searched FREE at familysearch.org or ancestry.

For the full BMD indexes or other censuses you will need a pay to view site (like ancestry or findmypast)

but as Pauline has said, before any one can help with look ups we need to know a bit more about what you have, where you have already looked, and what has been confirmed via certificates or the like, and what is just 'hearsay'. Also what you are wanting to know - do yuo have her on any censuses? do you have her birth/marriage/death? If not, where did the info you have given come from.
It is already confusing, is "Ellen born 1904" the same as "I have this person as Jane Ellen born 1903"

There seem to be several Sergesons around Liverpool area,( if you just put the surname into ancestry partial birth database),  so you will need to establish facts as you go, otherwise you will end up on a wild goose chase
Edmonds/Edmunds - mainly Sussex
DeBoo - London
Green - Suffolk
Parker - Sussex
Kemp - Essex
Farrington - Essex
Boniface - West Sussex
