William Medwed

Okay, need some help please.  I have just found out my grandmother had a brother in Edmonton in the early 1960's.  That is when she died and I found her obit.  I was wondering can anyone find an obit for William Medwed from Edmonton.  So that I can possibly find more relatives down the road.  Any help would be appreciated.

Also, www.canada411.com shows some Medweds still living in Alberta, possible relations.

I have found a cemetery Beechmount in Edmonton with a Donna and a William Medwed
MEDWED DONNA 1/7/1969 BEECHMOUNT 
MEDWED WILLIAM 9/29/1973 BEECHMOUNT

maybe someone could find an obit for these 2 people.  Thanks in advance

http://www.epl.ca/EPLObituaries.cfm - it seems obituaries for them were in the Edmonton Journal (along with a "Nick Medwed").

http://www.raogk.org/alberta.htm - there is one person here who can find obits from the Edmonton area, hopefully given those dates it will make it fairly easy for them.

http://www.canada.com/edmontonjournal/info/library.html - if not, you could always try to get a copy via the newspaper (or maybe the Edmonton library).

Hi, so i think i have found who you are looking for.  So William Medwed is my great grandfather, and also there is another William Medwed who is my Grandfather who is still presently living.  All these names mentioned above Velma, Alice etc are all relatives of mine.  Also there is something mentioned at the bank of montreal for a Theodore Medwed which is my grandfathers brother all though he has already passed.  So im sure if these are the ppl that you are looking for our family might have an obit on William Medwed.  Hope that this all helps you.
