Restore baby Mary Please....

This is a picture of my Grand Aunt taken in March 1876.  While researching the family on-line  I "met" her granddaughter and I plan on sending this original to the granddaughter.

I thought it would also be really nice to be able to email her a restored copy of the picture.

That's where all you lovely people come in    I would really appreciate it if it could be restored.
