Colour me please

      This is a picture of my mum who has passed away this was taken i think when she was 16years old can anyone help to put a bit of colour to it please....

Can you rescan at about 600 dpi and repost
This image is only 96 dpi, and not clear enough to get good results / restores with
Also can you tell us the colour of her hair and eyes
