The Perfect World

What a drag it would be if we all lived in a perfect world where errors
and mistakes didn't happen.  Sometimes there is more joy in correcting an error
than getting it right the first time.

Just think how boring a sports match would be if one of the competitors
didn't make a mistake! Wouldn't it be a glorified exhibition
with all the right moves, but the agony and the glory gone.

Just think, the words "I told you so" would have no meaning.

Just think, some of our best stories are about some
of the things we did wrong.

The ancestors lived here and there, in many scattered
places, with various occupations

I run the mistake checker on my tree and look at my oops as new palces to do research. I get cocky and think I have no lines to research. A quick scan of the checker makes me humble as I find I was wrong.... :o

Well thanks guys!  It took me nearly 2 years to get over that shame and now it's been dragged out of the depth!

 ;D

Another lesson - don't bare your soul or you will keep getting reminded!  :-[
