I think I know the identity of this individual, but if anyone could hazard a date and the sex of the child I would apprciate it. Restorations will just be a bonus!

Hmmm.

Don't assume it's a girl because the child is wearing a skirt. Fashion were very different in those days. They tended to be dressed all the same.

I appreciate your comment, but I actually based my conclusion on the face when I enlarged it. However, I appreciate it could well be a boy.  It's a really hard one to call 8) 8)
