WW11 Memorabilia Found--soldier Frank Spice and Able Seaman Johnson
« on: Friday 21 September 07 22:52 BST (UK) »
A collection of WW11 memorabilia has been found behind some garages in Kent.Items found include medals, photos, letters and a newspaper article.
I do hope that the relatives of these men come forward to reclaim these articles before they are destroyed and lost forever. :(

I saw this on our local news. There's a nice collection of things there, & they will be destroyed if no-one claims them. It's very sad. :(

First name of the seaman is on the bbc film online - Harold Leslie (I think)
Son of John Thomas and Rebecca Jane Johnson, of Sittingbourne, Kent. Aged 21, died 29 May 1941. (From CWGC)
