Help with Will

I know this is not a photo but can anyone help

This is the will of my 3xg.grandfather William Reigate. I downloaded it from the gov site but my eyes must be getting worse as I can't read it

Can anyone enhance it or make out what it says?

Hi.
 Thanks for your reply. Have had to reduce the size of scan to get it on. Hope people can read it now Think I'll have to get new glasses now!!

Hi Carol, is the problem that you can't read the old script, or that it's a poor quality scan from the National Archives?

If it's the second one, I had the same problem. I emailed them and explained that their scan wasn't legible, and they re-scanned the document for me. It took a while, but great results.

If it's the other problem, try posting the will on the Common Room board for a wider audience. The scan will have to be a bit larger, though.

Thanks to China  for the tip of the Common room .I will try to post it on there.
My problem is with the old writing, ther's only a few words that I can make out.

As I've said before, new glasses for me!!

I know I'm probably being stupid here, but I do not understand how a will can be downloaded from the National Archives site. I always understood you had to send £5 to York for a will
Can someone elucidate?

Only PCC wills proved before 1858 can be downloaded from the National Archives website.
