Would appreciate a transcription of above stone......as I am hoping it was raised by Jane Blackhall - niece of former and daughter of latter

Can't give you a transcription, but if you go to LIBINDX at http://libindx.moray.gov.uk/mainmenu.asp,  select 'People Search', put K(Br)427 in the box labelled 'Headstone Ref' and then click on 'Search Records' you will get details of all the people mentioned on the stone.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
