Toxteth locations query

Can anyone help please.
My grandfather was a Police Officer between 1906 - 32.
A large part of his career appears to have been in the West Derby/Toxteth areas.
He married in the area and his two children brought up in the area their last residence whilst in the service being Gladeville Road.
Two questions:
One - where was the police station located at this time?
Two - where would the two children have gone to school (Brother and Sister)?

If you have any street addresses from 1901 ..... you might be able to work out where the school would be !

Also I found this re the old Police Station .... you might Google and see if you can find more !!

Hi Ian

My granddad was in the Liverpool Police from 1920 to 1946. I managed to get his pension record from Merseyside Police HQ and it contained loads of interesting information including a head and shoulders photograph. Have you got his pension records?

Gladeville Road was in Aigburth ..... if you scroll down ... you'll see a house for sale there  ( can't believe the prices !!  )

If he was Living Around the Aigburth Area ..He could of Been Stationed at the Old Police Station in Lark Lane Aigburth..Here is a Pic of it
