Hester Kemmery  daughter of charles kemmery/jane knowell  looking d.o.b. in batheaston around 1807 but not sure of parents if anyone could help with d.o.b. and possible marriage have looked on IGI/B.D.M. but only found birth in 1747 for hester kemmery and help please

The IGI has Esther Kemmery chr 13 feb 1803 in Batheaston, father Charles Kemmery, mother Jane Knowles. Keep in mind that this is the date of Christening NOT date of birth.
There are only four years difference between this christening and your estimate - the place and names seem to tie in. Ages were not as rigid then as they are now.

Sorry, can't find a marriage for Esther. Maybe she did not marry?!

The marriage of Charles Kemmery and Jane Knowles was 23 May 1790 in Batheaston. This is also from the IGI.
