Lookup--John Leonard-Kilgarvan d. 1942

Seeking the cemetery of John Leonard of Kilgarvan. From the Irish Times Archives online I found a death notice of my elusive uncle.  The news item was a bit convoluted, but in part, it tries to say that he died in his daughter's home in Blackrock, Dublin (1 Dec 1942) and the funeral would be the next day (3 Dec 1942) at the "Old Church" [Protestant] in Kenmare. [The article appears to have juxtaposed 'Ardtully' (Co. Kerry?) in place of the daughter's name].

Also, would his death certificate be listed at the county of death or burial?

My hopes are that he and his wife (whose name I do not have) are buried together, and I can obtain his birth year, which I suspect is pre 1864.

Any help is most appreciative.
