While Karenlee is slaving away in her office, here is a snippet of info from the IGI regarding Uriah HARVEY.   
Christened 20Mar1836 s/o Thomas Harvey and Frances.  His seven siblings  - Benjamin 28Mar1819, Sophia 16Sep1821, Elizabeth 01Feb1824, Archebald William 25Dec1826, Thomas 14Jun1829, Catharine 22Aug1830 and Charles Rueben 13Oct1833.   Thomas Harvey and Frances Single were married 06Nov1816.  All these events took place at Bayford.

I'm back, nice and cool in the "office" it was too, Peter.

With the information you have provided I can say that the William I found on the 1841 Census should have been Uriah...... highly possible that it was not Willm as I thought. 

So I need to find Uriah in 1851 to finish him off... but he's being rather difficult.

John HARVEY who shows up on the 1881 is also hard to find on any other Census, but will keep trying.

Are there any in particular that you want more information on??? Just let me know.

Looks as if Uriah used yet another name in 1851.  The entry for ESAU HARVEY age 16 Ag lab bn Bayford 'living in' at Brickendonbury Farm, which is in the adjacent parish to Bayford, would appear to fit the bill.   Reference HO.107/1711 F.462 P.36.
