Hello Listers,

Is anyone able to help me on finding if my family member worked for D.Davies an Undertaker.
Is there an online Directory of Undertakers that I can search?

The photo was taken around 1948/49 and the address could have been North Row West Sleekburn, Olympia Ave Choppington or Glebe St Choppington.
On the back of the photo the word the Velox.

There is an online Directory of Undertakers. Some that were trading in the late forties may still be trading and be on the list whilst others have ceased trading or have been taken over by another business. www.uk-funerals.co.uk/funeral-directors.html
