a lot of the dickson children are born at kirkfield mouswald they must have moved to glebe park later  david and sussanah are lying right next to their grandson francis kerr son of daughter mary i wonder if any more of their children or grandchldren are nearby  csc

did david dickson have a brother married to a jean johnstone  also in mouswald  adam dickson son of david is buried kirkbean with his family  abraham was in crossmichael in 1851  his son john is there as well they are under the name dixon soushan is with her father abraham in 1841 there is also a william mcdougall grandson i think her son he ends up in liverpool in 1901this family is difficult to track down  csc

The only likely candidate to date is George Kerr, elder much respected who died of a fever aged 65 yrs at Under Butterthwat on May11 1812 Dalton in the OPR deaths and burials

I should add that he is the only likely candidate for Mary Dickson,s husband, we have been unable to find any parents for George

mary dicksons birthis 1774 so we are looking for a george born between 1760--1780  their first child we can find is robert henderson born 1801 whitecroft  christeen
