Heathfield lookup please Chris

Hi Chris,

I have found the burial record of an Avis Hutchinson 9/9/1653 Heathfield. She is probably related to the Rotherfield ones I am researching where the name "Avis" also apppears.

I wondered if you are able to lookup any Hutchi(n)son records please?

Married   5 Oct 1643 Thomas Deane and Elizabeth Hutchinson

Unfortunately, they are the only 2 between 1582 and 1753

Buried   29 Nov 1640 Avis the wife of Thomas Willard
Bapt   20 Mch 1641 Avis the daughter of John Shoosmth of Mayfield baptised here born born at Mayfield
Married   30 Aug 1653 John Marshall and Avis Martine

Dont know whether that will help you at all, but it was not a very common christain name in Heathfield and was only around for 50 years or so?
