Has anyone any info on anyone with the surname Slote?    Im tracing the Slote's from the UK and some of the went to Canada at some point.  Im a bit lost on this searching bit out of my own area as i dont know anywhere in Canada so i know this is a stab in the dark really!!  But if you dont ask you will never know  !!  Thank you for reading my post anyway.

Any idea of names, dates or places?

Thank you for your reply!!!    I looked at a passenger list i think that was on ancestry.co.uk and a family that i had in my tree seem to be on it but i cant find a passenger list anywhere now to look at do you know a link i could look at to see if i could find them i know there names were Benjamin and Alice Slote and the children Clara, Daniel and i think Percy was with them too.  Sorry i can say anymore im a bit new to this and dont really know how and where to search!

Can't tell if this is any connection without dates but LDS lists Benjamin R. Sloate m. Alice Cooper with a son Arthur David born 1867 Huntingdon, England m.1891 Ontario died 1934 Montana (all submitted records so must be treated with extreme caution but there could be clues here).
