The Hertfordshire Burial Index 1800-1851 includes nine entries for the surname SAUNDERS at Redbourn.      Details available if required.

Only 2 SAUNDERS plots at St Marys, Redbourn.

"Louisa Kate SAUNDERS d 24 April 1941 aged 68 also
James SAUNDERS d 1 May 1956 aged 83"


The following inscription was recorded in 1909 by WB GERISH but is no longer visible.

"SAUNDERS Miss Charlotte daughter of William & Charlotte SAUNDERS d 10 August 1849 aged 36. also

SAUNDERS Charlotte wife of William SAUNDERS d 17 September 1830 aged 44 also

SAUNDERS George son of William & Charlotte SAUNDERS d 18 August 1907 at Kensworth Hill aged 87. also

SAUNDERS William of Aynels Farm d 30 November 1844 age 58"
