john hilditch sr bagillt 1871

i am trying to trace the father of john hilditch.
john hilditch Jr born 1850 in mold area married Naomi Davis in 1879. i would like to find out where john Sr and john Jr where living in 1871 .  john hilditch Jr marriage cert suggested he lived in bagillt in 1879. i do know they went on to live in flint in 1881 with children Richard Lloyd /Catherine step children and Mary hilditch. could any one help. kind regards  Andras

I'm afraid I can't see either of them on any Census before 1881.

i do know there was a  thomas hilditch living at caerwys with a john hilditch as resident  ,but this is not the household i am looking for .

i have found the john hildicth snr [born 1814] in question living at felin ucha llanferrs 1871
married to Mary b 1813 children :George ,Edward ,john, and Mary.
i would like to know if they where at the above address in 1861/51.
could any one help.

I have found them in 1851 living at S? Mill in Llanferres,the ref is;HO107/2504/99/13.I can see no sign of them in 1861.
