Can any one help me find the parents of James BRIGHT B:1807 Barnstaple Devon, I am trying to find his parents.

on IGI there is an extracted record for James Stribling Bright 29 Sept 1808, Barnstaple. Parents George Bright and Mary. Do you think he could be yours?
