St John Lovell [b c 1811]
« on: Saturday 20 October 07 01:26 BST (UK) »
I am looking for St John Lovell born about 1811 to Elizabeth Lovell in Cardington [reputed father: Wm Hyde of Wilstead which is well recorded]

Elizabeth later married Ben Walker of Haynes in 1817 - but I have lost them all after that date...perhaps St John Lovell took on his step-father's name?  Perhaps, they migrated?   ???

There seems to be no burials for them so they may have still been around but I dont know

Hi Cathy
Any chance Elizabeth squeezed in a marriage to a King before marrying Ben? Only in 51 there is Samuel King 30 unmarried son in law (which would be stepson in this case) staying with the Ben and Elizabeth I found in 41. In 41 a Samuel age 20 is living with a John King age 30 in Hawnes - could John King be your St John Lovell? If you think this is feasible happy to post details.
