I thought I started it ....  please don't squabble about that as well..

Anyway its interesting to see also being christened on 12 Nov 1875 at Clifton is George Henry Dilley, son of James Dilley & Eliza;  plus 4 other children of James Dilley & Hannah.

I like the thinking re Mary Wooding, but against the theory is the registration district is wrong and also there's a Mary Wooding aged 3 in Turvey in 1871, which may well be her.

Whilst it's inconsistent with her two siblings, and with the baptism that Pete found, what if she was registered as if Eliza was married, under her alleged father's name? I know, almost impossible to find, and it would cost a fortune in birth certificates. No, I don't buy that theory!

Even if she had "gone home " for the birth she was bap Henlow 19 April 1846, it should still be Biggleswade shouldn't it?

Eliza Wooton bap 19 April 1846

In 1861 Eliza was living with her Goodwin grandparents in Arlesey.

The IGI has a marriage of Thomas Wootton and Elizabeth Goodwye in Arlesey on 22 Dec 1836, who I think must have been her parents

Yes, Henlow (and Arlesey) are in Biggleswade RD
