« on: Sunday 28 October 07 10:25 GMT (UK) »
I am seeking to find any connections with a Cherry Family of Bedfordshire,in particular a Benjamin Cherry born in Luton in c 1787 who is showing in the 1851 Census with a Grandson Benjamin born in Woodside Bedfordshire in c 1844.The Benjamin born in 1844 married a Sarah Betts, who was born in "Clapin" Bedfordshire in c 1844,at Luton in 1863,and is later to be found living in Hanley Staffordshire in 1881.It was in Hanley where his son William was born in c 1880.

Benjamin Cherry's baptism in 1787 in Luton is on the IGI as an extracted entry, so is reliable

Not quite sure what you're looking to establish
