hi im very very new to this .. im trying to find any imformation about  james charles gallacher / or it could be charles gallacher his wife name was katheen both died early 1970s their last address was wellpark buildings greenock many thanks

I found James Charles Gallacher born 1889
his fathers name is John Gallacher
his mother is    Bridget Gallacher they were married in 1871
and lived at stanners street in Greenock

still cant find James and Kathleen's marriage
but found your mum's real parents marriage cert
will email a copy to you
going by the names I think Kathleen must have been
Fanny's sister so possibly why she looked after her
I know Uncle chick said someone looked after them to
let their mother work but didn't say who
and you know how he feels about all of this he really doesn't want to
know anything about it
