'Willie' Buckley
« on: Saturday 03 November 07 18:26 GMT (UK) »
He lived in the 1950's at Bailey, Howth with his sister Pearl.  I am trying to establish when they died.  He was always known as 'Willie' but I do not think that this was his actual christian name.  As far as I can recall he was of independent means.

Any pointers would be be gratefully received.

Hello wyndham,
Have you thought of posting a message on www.ilovehowth.com ???

I'm not certain of the success rate of finding locals on the site though.

I have found some details of this person on the 1911 Dublin Census.  At that time he was living with his family at 43 Great Charles Street, Mountjoy.  The reason I know this is the right person as he had a sister. Pearl, who I met once.

As to what his career was and when he died I am still trying to discover.
