Trying a new tack!! Does anyone have access to Records of the Bricklayers and Stonemasons Guild, from 1830. NA Acc. 1097?
Michale Kelly was a bricklayer in Laois and may be in the records.

Have looked at the m/c more closely looks like "guard" then in brackets "Irish Constabulary" I have both their numbers when they were in the Constabulary. My error writing hard to read and I took it as Guardia - oops.
