Mary married to Isaac Turner

I am trying to find Mary born 1805 who married a gunner in the Royal Artillery called Isaac Turner. According to Census 1841 St Helier she was not born in the UK or Jersey.  Appears on 1851 back in England has having been born in Guernsey. With two children born in Guernsey Jonathan 1834 and Rebecca  1836. Was she a local lass and did she marry from Guernsey.  Where are the records for the period 1820 to 1830 for marriage and 1834 and 1836 for these children's births?
