Peterborough Parish records

Hi everyone

    I am looking for the Birth/Bapt of Sarah Johnson c1795.

She was married in St John the Baptist, is buried in St John the Baptist & census records state she was born in Peterborough.

      I have checked the parish records for St John the Baptist but could find no Sarah Johnson.

       If anyone has access to any other church records for this area at that time I would be very grateful for a lookup or any suggestions where to look next.

Hi Kim,
This might be a bit of a long shot, but there's a baptiism on the IGI at Stamford.
Although Stamford comes under Lincolnshire, it isn't too far from Peterborough - and it was a significant town at the time, where people very probably travelled to market, etc.
I've looked at other places near Peterborough, those that have records on the IGI, but can't see anything else.

Mother: Lydia
