Please can anyone help William?

My post disappeared during the problems in the last few days so I' mgiving it another go. Not only did William disappear from Rootschat, he's a bit scratched and battered. Can anyone help him please? As a matter of interest, I read recently that this type of photo on thick card with rounded edges and gold lettering was known as a Carte de Visite.
