Royal Irish Constabulary 1816-1921
« on: Tuesday 20 November 07 11:10 GMT (UK) »
a friend who had sub to Ancestry found this for me
but they are not renewing
wondered if someone else could help me
I have found a Solomon Given who enlisted in 1875 aged 18
the birthplace is noted as Fermanagh is it possible to find any other info on him
I am not sure if he is mine but maybe another branch of my family
any help would be appreciated
I already have post on Solomon Given but dont know how to link them

Thanks Leprechaun
I have been trying to find out as much as possible
about him before I decided to buy the record
I dont think he is directly mine
maybe the son of one of my ancestors brothers
and thought it might give me a place name for them
