Clyde Street, in Short Strand area of east Belfast. That would make it in Co Down. That area has been redeveloped over the years, so it may not exist anymore.
Could this be your Clyde Street ?.
Perhaps someone may have a look at a street directory for you and may find the info you require.

There's no listing for Armstrong at 18, Clyde Street. E. Brannigan, labourer, is shown at that address.
