Hi all..new here just found this site by accident..wow! looks like it will be real useful....but been on here hours!! You'll know that one most probably lol...so must switch off soon but wanted to say hello....

And l'm doing family research (Clifford) in Shropshire and research for Market Drayton 1851 (where l live now with my partner who was born here) for a local history group l've just joined.....no specific questions yet but l'm sure this site will be well used

Sooooo addictive you're right there.....so much info at your finger tips!
Have to pick a topic for Market Drayton 1851 to research....something l'm interested in l was told!!...ha how do you choose? Thought about looking at the local newspapers for a juicy story to start me off maybe...can see l'm going to enjoy this thought!!
When you start looking it all becomes so interesting lol
Kitchen worktops to sort this wkend but will be back on Monday hopefully with a possible topic of choice!!
