Could somebody please tell me whether Torpoint would have been in Devon or Cornwall in 1902.   I have an address but no surname.   If in Devon what district would it be under for the 1901 census?  Help would be appreciated      grossan

Torpoint has always been in Cornwall as far as I am aware - the Tamar was the dividing line  :)
