1871 census
« on: Tuesday 27 November 07 18:00 GMT (UK) »
Hi There
Here we go again with the Uppard Family ;D

Louisa Wiscombe Uppard born abt 1839 in Oving Sussex.
She is on the 1841 age 2 in the name of Eppard.
She is on the 1861 age 22 born Portfield Sussex, residing in Oxfordshire.
She married William Sumption in 1866.

I cannot find her or her husband on the 1871 census.

They are on the 1881 in the name of SIMPSON
and the 1891 in the name of SUMPTION, by this time
Louisa was a widow.

By then she was living in Middlesex (1881 and 1891 )

In 1901 the name was SUMPTION and she was living in Hamstead West London.

Can you help again please?

Many thanks
Gill
