Well done, Heather.

It looks like you need to send for certificates, Lynn!

That is what i can't help you with as i don't know. My Aunt did the research that i inherited and sadly she has passed away.

I have a printout that reads " There is an Annette Noble aged 14, in Leeds on the 1901 census and a Charles W Parker aged 17. If Annette and Charles are the right ones then you have twelve (six each ) siblings to add to your tree". I don't know where this printout came from, or from who. Thats why its so frustrating as i can no longer ask her.

it seems that Charles was Charles William parker, but as previously posted there are at least 2 who would fit the bill!

I still cannot find Annette Noble in 1901!

There is an Annette Noble who is old enough to be Annettes mother -she was b. Lincolnshire, but is living in Yorks in 1901 -but no daughter called Annette!

Marriage cert should give more information.
If you send for it please post details (even witnesses names -then we may be able to help further

Hi Thankyou again,  Is there any way possible to check the census to see if there was a Parker family living near by. ?????  In those times and only being so young, then my guess is that they would lived near to each other.

I can't see any nearby.

There is a William E Parker with his aunt and uncle in leeds, but he's 16 in 1901.

They weren't really that young when they got married
Annette would be about 18-19 and Charles William would be about 20-21 -not really young for those days.

Also they didn't marry until 1905, so they may not have known each other in 1901

Due to there being more than one Charles William Parker, I think it is probably best to wait until the marriage cert arrives before we speculate any more
