Looking for any Romany Jewell's of England / UK.

The Jewell family I am in contact with has a lot in common with my Lock family.
Both our lineages trace back to England, and to early Maryland USA early 1700's, then in Virginia by mid 1700's and then to Barren County Kentucky by 1800.

Mr. Jewell is a 66/67 DNA match to me, which is an amazing DNA match considering we have differnt surnames, and considering we are in a rare DNA group, Y chromosome Haplo Group H.

Looking for confirmation of a known Romany Jewell family.
